Who is responsible
Pipeline Hero publishes these sales guides and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Reach us through the contact page and we will answer as the controller.
What we collect
Your name and email when you request a guide or write to support. Your account email if you create one. The pages you visit, the guides you open, the links you click, and campaign tags in the address you arrived with. Message content you send us. If checkout opens, payment records will be added and the card details will be handled by the payment provider, never by us.
Why we hold it
To deliver the guide you asked for and to keep your library available. To answer support messages. To understand which pages and campaigns bring people here so we can improve them. To meet legal and accounting duties once payments begin.
Our legal grounds
Contract, when you ask for a guide or buy one. Consent, for optional measurement and marketing cookies and for marketing email. Legitimate interests, for site security and basic aggregate reporting. Legal obligation, for records we must keep.
How long we keep it
Lead and account records stay while your account is active and for two years after your last activity. Support messages stay for two years. Visit and click records stay for 14 months. Consent records stay for three years so we can evidence your choice. Payment records will be kept for the period tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and database provider, our email provider when transactional email goes live, and a payment provider once checkout opens. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Sign in and use the privacy controls on your account page, or send a request from the contact page. We answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer, including standard contractual clauses.
Children
These resources are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
